Michelle Bolsonaro is also a target of the PF for alleged fraud – 03/05/2023 – Politics

Former First Lady Michelle Bolsonaro is also being investigated by the Federal Police on suspicion of fraud in the vaccination record.

Although she was not the target of the Venire operation, Michelle is also in the sights of investigators who are investigating an alleged “criminal association formed for the commission of the crimes of inserting false vaccination data against Covid-19 in the SI-PNI and RNDS systems of the Ministry of health.”

The residence of Michelle and Bolsonaro was the target of a search and seizure this Wednesday (3) in the PF operation that targets her husband and arrested four former advisors and security guards of the former president.

The PF is investigating whether Bolsonaro and his then advisers entered false data into the ministry’s system in order to be able to travel to the United States.

The alleged crimes of infraction of preventive health measure, criminal association, insertion of false data in information systems and corruption of minors would have been committed between November 2021 and December 2022, according to the PF.

“The investigation indicates that the group’s objective would be to keep the identity element cohesive in relation to its ideological guidelines, in this case, to support the speech aimed at the attacks on vaccination against Covid-19”, says the PF.

The arrest warrants were given to former assistants Mauro Cid and Luis Marcos dos Reis, security guards Max Guilherme and Sergio Cordeiro, Ailton Moraes Barros, candidate for state deputy for the PL-RJ in 2022, and João Carlos de Sousa Brecha, secretary in Duque de Caxias (RJ).

All would have acted to defraud the system by inserting false data to favor Bolsonaro, Cid and the former president’s daughter with Michelle, Laura Bolsonaro.

With the inserts, according to the PF investigation line, they would be able to prove vaccination even without having taken the vaccine against Covid.
