The amapaense master swimming athlete, Lucinilda Nascimento, continues to stand out in national competitions. She was participating in the 1st edition of the Brasil Masters Swimming Trophy, in Rio de Janeiro, and won nine medals (six gold and three silver) and broke four records, three Brazilian in individual events and one South American.
In addition to the expressive result in the competition, Lucinilda won the Top Fina Award medal, from the International Swimming Federation. On the occasion, she represented the group Victor Spiritus/Clube Militar (VSCM) and Sindsep/AP.
The gold medals were in the 100m freestyle, 50m backstroke, 100m medley, 200m freestyle; 4x100m medley and 4x50m freestyle. The silvers were won in the 4x50m medley, 4x100m medley and 4×200 mixed freestyle.
