Governor Tarcísio de Freitas will hold the first home-ownership fair of his mandate.
This Saturday, the Department of Urban Development and Housing, in a partnership between the Government of São Paulo and the private sector, put up for sale 645 apartments from construction companies MRV and Faleiros in Brás and Guarulhos.
Families with a monthly family income of up to R$ 3,960 may participate. The state will grant subsidies ranging from R$ 13,000 to R$ 16,000, depending on the location of the property.
The negotiation will be done directly with the builders and with a special credit line in partnership with Caixa Econômica Federal.
In Brás, the Feirão will take place at Rua Capitão Faustino de Lima, 181. In Guarulhos, at Rua Cordeiros, 609.
