The Ministers of Education, Camilo Santana (PT-CE); of Justice, Flávio Dino (PSB-MA) and of Transport, Renan Filho (MSB-AL), who had been temporarily exonerated to participate in the Senate election, return to the command of their respective ministries, after taking leave from the position of senator of the Republic .

With the permission of each senator, the re-elected president Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) swore in this Thursday (2) the alternates of each minister in a more reserved ceremony with state authorities.

Former state deputy Augusta Brito (PT-CE) will assume the seat in the Senate in place of Camilo Santana. She was the first alternate on the ticket elected by Ceará in 2022, with 69.80% of the votes.

Replacing Flávio Dino will be nurse Ana Paula Lobato (PSB-MA), she will be the youngest among the 81 Brazilian senators, at 38 years old. And businessman Fernando Farias (MDB-AL) will assume the chair in place of Renan Filho.
