The mayor, Arthur Lira (PP-AL), interrupted this Wednesday morning (5) the articulations to unlock the tax reform and received at the official residence Daniela Beyruti and Patricia Abravanel, daughters of Sílvio Santos, owner of SBT.
Daniela Beyruti became vice-president of SBT in April and is on her first trip to Brasília since then for a cycle of meetings with politicians.
At the meeting with Lira, which was not on the mayor’s official agenda, they talked about TV concessions.
Afterwards, Lira resumed her meetings to try to make the week of concentrated effort possible for voting on economic agendas. He called party leaders to the official residence to try to agree texts of the tax reform and the project that resumes the casting vote in CARF, which locks the agenda of the Chamber and prevents the vote on the fiscal framework.
On the agenda of Daniela Beyruti and Patricia Abravanel, in addition to Lira, there are also Paulo Pimenta, Minister of Communications, with whom they were on Tuesday (4), Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), President of the Senate, and President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT).
