In the first game, the Furacão won 1-0 at Willie Davids and plays for a draw at home. Dogão, in turn, needs a victory by one goal difference to take the decision to penalties and by two goals or more to win the unprecedented State title in normal time.

How do they arrive

Advantageously, the Athletico arrives as favorite in search of a second championship. Furacão played in the Sudamericana in midweek (they beat Sportivo Ameliano 4-1), but only has one certain absence: defender Pedro Henrique, sent off in the first game of the final.

With this, Kaique Rocha should resume his starting role alongside Thiago Heleno. Erick and Pablo, who were spared in the continental tournament, could return to the team if Cuca prefers to maintain a more combative team.

Already the Maringá will see the return of defender Vilar and midfielder Morelli, absent due to suspension in the first match. Max Miller and Iago Santana are expected to leave the team. Strikers Moraes (knee arthroscopy) and Pedrinho (nose fracture), on the other hand, continue to recover in the medical department.

Dogão is in its third State final in its 13-year history. In 2014, the team lost the title to Londrina, and in 2022 the runner-up went to Coritiba.
