An unusual case involving Galvão Bueno caught the attention of fans of the narrator this Tuesday (5). Information disclosed by the website wow revealed that the former global had his accounts blocked because of a lawsuit filed by Alex Reiller de Moraes, from Bueno Wines, but the Justice found only the amount of R$ 36.87.

The blocking of Galvão Bueno’s accounts was determined by the Justice of São Paulo, through Judge Marcelo Augusto Oliveira, because of a debt in the amount of R$ 71 thousand. The dispute between Galvão Bueno and Alex Reiller in the courts began in 2018, shortly after the breakup of the partnership. The court gave a favorable opinion to the narrator’s former partner, who seeks to withdraw his name from the company’s membership.

According to the publication, in addition to not paying the fine, Galvão did not deliver all the documents required in the process. Bueno Wines accounts were also blocked, with around R$51,000 found. The decision is subject to appeal.

Through his lawyers, Galvão argues that the withdrawal of Alex, who had 10% of the company, from the membership would imply fees in Italy. As there was no agreement between the two, the exclusion did not occur. The narrator’s defense also argues that the amount of the fine is calculated incorrectly, resulting in a disproportionate amount.

In addition to Italy, Bueno Wines maintains its grape production in Candiota, in Campanha Gaúcha, in Rio Grande do Sul. The winery produces six labels of different types of wine, including red, white and sparkling wines. Desirée Soares, Galvão Bueno’s wife, names one of the company’s wines.
