In the cold, that desire to eat a sweetie always increases. Whether for physiological reasons, such as increasing metabolism to keep the body warm, or to give that little joy to the brain, borocoxo with this cold and introspective season. Thinking about it, I selected the three sweets that most impressed me recently. Choose your favorite and enjoy!

It is not new that pastry chef Marilia Zylbersztajn makes the most tempting sweets in her store in Vila Madalena, in addition to providing desserts to several restaurants. Inspired by the atmosphere of the São João festivities, she created three irresistible options: the tapioca cake with coconut and orange zest, the creamy paçoca with chocolate ganache (pictured above) and the creamy corn pie with creamy coconut, my favorite. . The price of a slice is R$20, and the whole pie costs from R$180 (10 to 12 slices). It is located at Rua Fradique Coutinho, 942, Vila Madalena (requests via WhatsApp 11 96570-0094).

Imagine a place in the middle of Rua Augusta that serves brunch all day. Because Panifício Luce offers this service, in addition to delicious dishes for lunch and dinner. The lentil and quinoa salad with seared tuna is perfect, but since we’re here to talk about sweets, the tip is the French toast (R$ 29). More than a “French toast”, it’s a slice of toasted and caramelized brioche (crunchy crust and all) topped with red fruits and crème anglaise. A dessert that is not only beautiful, but delicious! Panificio Luce is located at Alameda Tietê, 161, Jardins, on the corner of Augusta.

Artisano Gelato already makes the most incredible ice creams, imagine in a collab with Mil Confeitaria? Because of this union, a yarrow gelato was born, which features discs of puff pastry interspersed with vanilla bean gelato with a mixture of caramel toffee and fleur de sel. There are so many delicious things gathered together that the expression “layers of flavors” fits well here. Because with each spoonful, the flavors and textures reveal themselves, crazy! The gelato is available in 500ml pots (R$ 79.00) until July 31st, on the Mil Confeitaria website and in the freezers, where it can be enjoyed in loco.
