The counselors of the Amazonas Court of Auditors will judge a total of 60 cases during the 7th Ordinary Session of the Full Court, to be held this Tuesday (12).
The counselors of the Amazonas Court of Auditors (TCE-AM) will judge a total of 60 cases during the 7th Ordinary Session of the Full Court, to be held from 10 am this Tuesday (12).
Of the total number of cases, four are part of the postponed list, which are returned for judgment after a request for review by the counselors. There are three resources and one representation.
The agenda for the day, with 56 processes, will have 17 financial statements; 16 representations; seven motions for clarification; ten resources; two inspections of management acts; a taking of accounts; a survey audit; a complaint and a consultation.
Among the annual financial statements is that for the year 2022 from the State Secretariat of the Civil House, under the responsibility of Breno Penha Souza Serra; Iranduba City Hall, under the responsibility of José Augusto Ferraz De Lima, referring to the 2021 financial year; of the Municipal Chambers of Japurá, referring to the 2020 financial year, under the responsibility of Mr. Antônio da Silva; of Jutaí, under the responsibility of Mr. Everaldo Jaques de Azevedo Costa, for the year 2022, and of Careiro da Várzea, under the responsibility of Mr. Jacob Pereira da Silva, for the year 2022.
The session will be broadcast live via the Court of Auditors’ social networks, including YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
