“Due to the injury and with the aim of accelerating the athlete’s recovery process, the DM of the club and the Algerian team jointly decided that he will complete the initial recovery cycle abroad”, says an official note from alviverde.

Slimani’s return to Curitiba is scheduled for November 29th. As a result, the attacker will not participate in the game against the Fluminense, on Saturday, at 9pm, at Maracanã. There is also the possibility that the athlete will no longer play in 2023, depending on the severity of the injury.
