In an electrifying game, Botafogo beats Flamengo at Maracanã

O Botafogo won the Flamengo by 3 to 2 in an electrifying game this Sunday (30), at Maracanã. Tiquinho Soares, twice, and Victor Cuesta scored for Alvinegro, while Léo Pereira also scored twice for Rubro-Negro. The duel was also marked by expulsions and controversies involving referee Edina Alves.

With the result, Flamengo again loses positions in the leaderboard and can finish the round in 14th position, while Glorioso is the leader and the only team with 100% success in the Brasileirão. In the next round, the teams face Athletico Paranaense and Atlético-MG, respectively.
