“These criteria apply to teachers, pedagogues, police officers, all categories with ongoing competitions. There is a need and a budget to be able to honor each worker’s payment at the end of the month. New teachers, for example, already start with an initial career salary of R$5,408.66, above the national education minimum. “We want them to be professionals who come with a public spirit, to welcome our students and strengthen education in Amapá”added the governor.
Marked by emotion, the convocation ceremony was attended by representatives from various categories and the class union. The candidate Lara Silveira, he thanked the governor and everyone in the administration for the political effort to make the second call for the competition.
“We are very happy to see the sensitivity of the Government of Amapá. Initially there would be 591 and now there are 616 called up, this shows commitment and we hope it doesn’t stop here”celebrated Lara.
Paulo Anchieta represented the category of caregivers and spoke of the emotion of that moment. “Our feeling is gratitude, we are professionals and we need to carry out our activities, but those who need it even more are the children who are at the forefront and education across the state needs caregivers”said the selected candidate.
The Secretary of State for Administration (Sead), Paulo Lemos, highlighted the importance of that moment, which was built with a lot of dialogue with the candidates.
“This was not just a victory for the candidates, but for the State Government. We are still working so that by the end of the validity period of the public tender, the entire reserve register will be called.”reported We read.
Education Competition
In July, the first call was made for 607 successful candidates for immediate vacancies, for the positions of basic and professional education teacher, pedagogue, Libras – Portuguese language interpreter and caregiver.
The competition offered 1,182 places for immediate filling and 3,820 places for reserve registration. The initial validity of the event is until July 2025, and may be extended until July 2027.
