Government closes salary adjustment agreement for PF; delegates will earn up to R$41.3 thousand

The federal government reached an agreement this Friday (29) for a salary adjustment with entities representing the Federal Police (PF) and the Federal Highway Police (PRF). The recomposition will be carried out in three installments, scheduled for August 2024, May 2025 and May 2026. The measure will cover the careers of delegate, expert, agent, clerk and papilloscopist.

The increase depends on the class, which is why PF delegates – who are at the top of their career – will receive R$41,300 in 2026. According to the Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Services (MGI), negotiations with criminal police officers continues in progress. “It was a long journey, but we reached a good conclusion, the best possible agreement”, highlighted the Assistant Secretary of Labor Relations, Meri Lucas. The adjustment was a demand from the PF and PRF since the Bolsonaro government and the current negotiation took months to complete.

In the last installment, scheduled for May 2026, the adjustment will reach up to 22.6% in total for PF delegates. See below the predicted values ​​for 2026:

Delegates and experts: R$41.3 thousand (special class), R$35.3 thousand (first class), R$30.8 thousand (second class) and R$27.8 thousand (third class).

Clerks, agents and papilloscopists: R$25.2 thousand (special class), R$19.6 thousand (first class), R$16.7 thousand (second class) and R$14.7 thousand (third class).

You federal highway police will receive between R$12,200 and R$23,000.

In a statement, the president of the National Association of Federal Criminal Experts (APCF), Willy Hauffe Neto, highlighted the importance of the agreement for the category. “This achievement is the result of the professionalism and commitment of our category, which, despite large salary losses, continued to perform its duties with dedication to public service,” he said. The association highlighted that the agreement considered the “fiscal and budgetary reality we live in Brazil today”.

The president of the National Association of Federal Police Delegates (ADPF), Luciano Leiro, lamented the fact that the corporation’s administrative staff were left out of the agreement. Furthermore, he pointed out that the increase for the third class, of 7.7%, was lower than that for public servants in general, of 9%, the newspaper reported. Economic value.

In the negotiation, the government was represented by the MGI Labor Relations Secretariat. The delegates and experts were represented by the National Federation of Federal Police Delegates (Fenadepol), the National Association of Federal Police Delegates (ADPF) and the National Association of Federal Criminal Experts (APCF).

The agents, clerks and papilloscopists were represented by the National Federation of Federal Police (Fenapef). The Federal Highway Police were represented by the National Federation of Federal Highway Police (FENAPRF).
