All Federal Highway Police (PRF) superintendents were officially replaced this Monday (13) in the 26 states and the Federal District. The nominations are published in the daily edition of the Official Gazette (DOU) and also include changes of command in boards linked to Internal Affairs, Strategic Management, Operations, among others (see all nominations in full).

The new superintendents and directors take office just over a month after the new director general of the PRF, Antônio Fernando de Oliveira, said that the corporation was thrown “behind the veil of mistrust” in recent years by “isolated acts, some abominable” , in reference to the failure to comply with a decision by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, last year, which prohibited police operations on highways on the day of the second round of the presidential elections.
