A tourist attraction in São Paulo, Galeria do Rock launches its new themed and official bar. Galeria Rock Bar has an atmosphere inspired by the intimate and nostalgic decorations of the capital of São Paulo in the 1990s.
The establishment will have capacity for 80 people and will feature a popular menu, created by chef Deivid Marques, also responsible for the kitchen at Boteco 28, in Farol Santander.
Some of the highlights of the house are the ham snack served on round French bread (R$ 36) and the pancetta crackling with bean vinaigrette and bacon farofa (R$ 48), as well as vegetarian options, such as the coalho cheese crackling with ketchup and red onion pickle (R$48).
The drinks menu has traditional options, such as the original cauda de galo (Red Vermouth, cachaça, cynar and lemon – R$30) and the firecracker (cachaça, lemon and currant – R$26).
The establishment’s focus is to be a diverse place, attracting the interest of the city’s most diverse tribes. Marcone Moraes, one of the bar’s partners, states that the communion of the different tribes of people who frequent the Gallery inspired the creation of the space.
The bar will have a launch party open to the public on March 9th, at 5pm, with a performance by DJ KL Jay, member of Racionais MC’s. The event will also feature an exhibition of pieces by artist Ciro Schunemann.
