Manaus (AM) – Fametro and Faculdade Santa Teresa are accepting registrations for a series of professional improvement and development courses. The objective is to help academics improve their expertise and skills in different areas of knowledge, such as Health, Management, Engineering, Technology and Education.

According to the coordinator of Free Courses at Fametro and Faculdade Santa Teresa, Joziane Mendes, the institution’s proposal is to provide opportunities that can enhance the professional skills of academics and prepare them for the challenges of the job market.

Among the courses offered is “Oral Defense Techniques”, aimed at students who are preparing for presentations in seminars and Course Completion Works (TCC’s). The training takes place from the 8th to the 15th of July. Participants will learn techniques and strategies for a successful oral defense. The course will have a practical part, in which students will have the opportunity to simulate the defense of the TCC and be evaluated by performance.

In the area of ​​Health, there are several course options, all with a practical part. The idea is that academics and professionals can experience concrete management and use of techniques. On July 8th, the “First Aid” course takes place. On July 15th, there will be a class on “Urgency and Emergency” and, on July 22nd, a workshop on “Prenatal and Primary Care”.

In the area of ​​Management and Technology, on July 22nd and 29th, courses will be offered on “Process Modeling using Bizzage Modeler” and “Notation and Modeling of Business Processes”. On the 1st and 8th of July, the “Quality Tools” workshop will take place and, on the 22nd, the workshop “How to improve your interpersonal communication”.
