Albert Einstein Hospital sued Cynthia Gigliolli Herbas Camacho for not paying an installment for her plastic surgery performed almost two years ago. Cynthia is the wife of Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, Marcola, appointed as the main leader of the PCC (First Command of the Capital). Charge value: R$6,675.33.

Cynthia Camacho had a general rhinoplasty in August 2021. At the time, the operation cost R$13,098.89 and, according to the initial petition, there was a payment of R$8,000. The difference remained open and the hospital tried to receive it, without success. In April 2023, Einstein went to court.

Initially, the hospital said it was not interested in scheduling a conciliation and mediation hearing.

According to Bruno Ferullo, Cynthia Camacho’s lawyer, there was an agreement between the parties recently and the issue was resolved.

Ferullo informs that the agreement, however, was not approved by the Court, which is why it is not included in the procedural process of the São Paulo Court of Justice.

When contacted, Albert Einstein Hospital said that “in respect for the LGPD [Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados] and medical confidentiality is assured, it does not provide information about healthcare services or information of any other nature that may be related to patients.”
