According to Eduardo Assis, who holds the position of vice-president of the Education Commission of the Manaus Chamber (COMED/CMM), he emphasizes the importance of discussing this subject as a result of the constant news that has left parents and guardians concerned with the safety of your children.
“We can no longer wait for the next attacks to happen, whether in Manaus or anywhere else. It is necessary for all of us to fight together for the safety of our little ones. A place that, to be safe, is not being. Therefore, we must discuss the best ways to give peace and improvements in school infrastructure, ”she emphasizes.

The councilor of Manaus mentions that a Bill (PL) has been drawn up that prepares the installation of the ‘Panic Button’ security in schools, kindergartens and the Municipal Center for Early Childhood Education (CMEI’s).
“It is indisputable that public policies must be promoted so that there are actions to ensure safety and improve the prevention of violence against children and teachers, mainly because they are in the care of the Government”, he said.
The PL requests a metal detector, fire brigade and emergency exit. The document is currently being evaluated by the Legislative House.
