President of EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), Hélio Doyle will implement, starting in June, the Conversation with the President program, which will raffle around 20 workers every three months to discuss with him the state-owned company’s situation and plans.
By the end of the year, with three scheduled meetings of up to five hours each, the forecast is to hear about 5% of employees who do not perform commissioned functions. Participation will be voluntary.
“You can’t manage a company well without knowing the concerns, anxieties, ideas, suggestions and demands of those who work there. You need to know what the employees think”, says Doyle. “For this reason, we are creating this mechanism in the presidency. The participants of each Conversation with the President will be drawn, taking into account the proportionality in relation to the directorates in which they are allocated and gender”, he completes.
According to him, all participants will have time to express themselves freely at the meeting.
