The platform does not block calls from health plans or retail chains, for example. “Don’t Perturbe was one of the measures adopted by operators to reduce the practice of abusive telemarketing, which in 2023 advanced with the launch of the application, making it even simpler to register numbers on the platform”, stated the executive president of Conexis, Marcos Ferrari. To block numbers, you must register on the website via the Não Me Perturbe app or through Procons. Blocking is done within 30 days after registration.
