Federal deputy Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos-PR) claimed that the Federal Police had parliamentary immunity to criticize the ministers of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court).

Deltan is the subject of an investigation that is being processed by the STF (Federal Supreme Court) due to an interview given about the TSE judgment that led to the removal of his mandate. The rapporteur is Minister Alexandre de Moraes, who chairs the electoral court.

One of the main arguments put forward by the parliamentarian is that 12 of the 15 procedures being processed against him at the CNMP at the time of his dismissal were based on “illicit evidence”.
