According to the report, the tendency is for the defense to file an appeal later this Friday (27) or Monday (30). The deadline ends on Tuesday (31). The objective is to minimize one of the main arguments of Judge Maria Concepción Canton Martín, who claimed the risk of fleeing.

According to the newspaper El Periodico, Daniel Alves handed over the deed to a house in Barcelona where his wife, Joana Sanz, lives, in an attempt to demonstrate his roots in Spain. Another aspect that weighs in his favor is the fact that Pumas terminated his contract, removing the need to return to Mexico. In his initial statement, the player had revealed his intention to return to the Latin country the following day.
