The influencer, Bella Mantovani (31) and her husband Vagner O Fera (34), have gained more and more space on the internet with the videos they publish on social networks. Together, they have nearly 140,000 followers on TikTok alone. “It’s good to realize that we’ve reached a place of public recognition,” says Bella. Both comment that, at the beginning, they suspected that this exposure might not work out because they did not recognize themselves as influencers belonging to a “standard”.

“It’s easy to look on the internet and notice that men and women have a sculptural body that arouses attention, comparison and even desire”, says Vagner O Fera. For him, not having a defined abdomen or a muscular body was one of his strengths to challenge society. “I like to show myself as I am and I know that I don’t need to be that person assembled with cosmetic procedures and 100% defined by living in the gym, and I know that my wife feels the same way”, he added.

However, the two found a way to exercise without the need to include charges for a standard body. The intention was to improve sexual performance and they said they achieved the goal. The couple claims that such exercises stimulate the sexual appetite that one feels for the other, and for other people as well, since they are supporters of free love. “We started as an alternative to improve our relationship and over time we realized that it was the best decision we could have made”, clarified Bella.

“We go to the park together, we go for walks, we take the opportunity to do a lot of squats, we strengthen our core and we are committed to working towards what we know how to do best, right?! The results in four walls keep getting better and we continue to receive compliments, that is, we have nothing to complain about.”
