For the first time, the sport Club Macapá will debut in the São Paulo Junior Football Cup against Vasco da Gama (RJ), on January 5th, at 3:15 pm, in Guarulhos (SP). The information was released this Monday (11) by the São Paulo Football Federation.
Leão da Avenida Fab’s second game will be on January 8th, at 1 pm, against Flamengo de Guarulhos (SP). The last game will be against Potyguar (RN), on January 11th, at 1pm. The matches take place in Guarulhos and are in the qualifying phase.
The Amapá team has been preparing since August for the country’s main grassroots football competition, which is also an opportunity for players to show their talent and be noticed by major Brazilian clubs. The Copinha takes place between January 2nd and 25th and has the participation of 128 teams.
Leão da Avenida Fab will represent Amapá in the Copinha for having been Amapá under-20 champion over São Paulo (AP) this year.
