Court approves sale of SAF do Paraná Clube

Paraná will become SAF. The Court approved, this Tuesday (12), the sale of Sociedade Anônima do Futebol (SAF) of the Paraná Club. Judge Mariana Fowler Gusso, head of the 1st Bankruptcy and Judicial Recovery Court of Curitiba, approved the proposal to sell Tricolor to the Carpa Family Officeas already mentioned by the OneTwo Sports. The group, which has offices in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, leads the investors who plan to contribute R$430 million in Tricolor over the course of ten years.

In the order, the judge also authorized the possibility of incorporating another club state. The release from Justice was a crucial step, as the club realigned the payment of its debts just over three months ago.
