Manaus (AM) – With the aim of speeding up consultations and exams, in addition to reducing waiting time in the National Regulation System (Sisreg) queue, state deputy João Luiz (Republicans) allocated a parliamentary amendment worth R$ 708 thousand, which is being carried out by the State Department of Health of Amazonas (SES-AM), this Wednesday (27) and Thursday (28), with a collective effort with more than 4 thousand visits at the Vasco Vasques Convention Center, on Avenida Constantino Nery, Central-South Zone of Manaus.
“When the Executive and Legislative powers are harmonious, there is this impact on the lives of the population. Next year we will work and send more resources with the aim of helping our people more”,
said deputy João Luiz.
The Secretary of State for Health of Amazonas (SES-AM), Dr. Anoar Samad highlights that thanks to the mandatory amendment by deputy João Luiz, this group of consultations will relieve the Sisreg queue.
“No one does anything alone. This is a partnership between the Legislative Assembly with the support of deputy João Luiz. This is Governor Wilson Lima’s commitment to the population of Amazonas with the aim of offering a more humanized health system”,
said Samad.
For Sisreg patient Maria de Almeida, this group of consultations is important, as it speeds up the care of several specialties in one place. “I came from Rio Preto da Eva for an endocrinology and orthopedics consultation. I just have to say thank you”he stressed.
The services will take place until Thursday (28), and will be supported by a health support team offering exams such as: mammograms, ultrasounds and laboratory tests. More than a thousand services will be offered to carry out these exams, aimed at patients who already have a request and are awaiting authorization through Sisreg.
In addition to exams, consultations are also being offered in eight specialties, such as: orthopedics, urology, endocrinology, neurology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, proctology and cardiology, totaling more than 3 thousand consultations, also aimed at patients who have requested consultations in the system of regulation.
More parliamentary amendments
State deputy João Luiz also allocated parliamentary amendments worth R$300,000 for an ophthalmological surgery effort, in Codajás, and another R$320,000, in mandatory amendments for a joint effort for elective surgeries, in Iranduba.
