The bike class or indoor cycling, as it is also called, simulates various routes, such as climbing slopes and pedaling on the flat. Everything is guided by a physical education professional.

On the bike, there is a load scaler in which each person controls the intensity according to their resistance. According to José Roggero, exercising on the bike improves cardiorespiratory condition, helps with lower limb muscle definition and fat loss. In a 50-minute class it is possible to lose, depending on the intensity of the activity, up to 700 calories.

In the step class, the student practices exercise simulating going up and down a bench, along with arm movements. There are choreographies and different intensity in each stage of the training. Just like indoor cycling, activity improves the cardiorespiratory system, leg muscle definition and contributes to calorie burning.
