Civil Police officers and agents are promoted – News of Brazil

This Friday morning, 12, 21 officers and 63 agents of the Civil Police of the State of Amapá were promoted, totaling 84 professional ancestors.

“This is called appreciation and reflects the perspective of recognition for the services provided by these professionals and will bring growth to the Civil Police staff and, certainly, better work, greater efficiency and quality”said the General Delegate of the institution, delegate Cezar Augusto Vieira.

The process began in June 2023, with the creation of the committee to evaluate criteria such as seniority and merit. The promoted employees, from the 2018 and 2020 classes, will now form the first class of the police career.

All qualified professionals were evaluated according to the criteria established in the Organic Law of the Civil Police of Amapá (883/2005), which, among other competencies, regulates the careers and legal regime of civil servants.

For the governor Clécio Luís, In addition to the increase in remuneration, another important factor in promotion is the demonstration of career appreciation.

“These professionals feel valued. They go from class two to class one and move on to the special class, and this reflects on their service to society. We have a Civil Police that is much better prepared. And there’s still more to come. We will invest much more in intelligence, as we realize that investigation gives credibility to the work of the security forces”promised the governor, who concluded by saying that another highlight is the integration between the police, which is now a reality in our state.
