Café at Market de Pinheiros will have tastings and workshops – 12/07/2023 – Café na Prensa

The Pinheiros market, in the west of São Paulo, hosts a festival this weekend with free tasting of coffees from various producing regions in Brazil, workshops on the drink and even a barista championship (specialist in preparing coffee).
The first edition of Café no Market takes place from 9am to 6pm, both on Saturday (9) and Sunday (10), and entry is free.
In addition to the coffee itself, the public will be able to taste various products, such as beers, olive oils and vegetable drinks. Accessories and utensils for preparing the drink will also be sold.
The event will also feature lectures and workshops for those who want to learn more about the drink so consumed by Brazilians.
On Sunday, the Market Cup will take place, in which baristas compete for who prepares the best coffee.
