The Movimento Brasil sem Aborto (MBSA) promotes on May 21, a virtual conference in preparation for the 17th National Health Conference, which will be held from July 2 to 5 by the National Health Council (CNS). The idea of ​​the meeting is to broaden the debates and formulate proposals in defense of life.

According to MBSA secretary general, Allan Araújo, all people who are users of the Unified Health System can and should participate, regardless of whether they are in the health area or not. “Popular participation is very important, as the proposals approved at this conference will be incorporated into the national stage to be held in Brasília DF, and if someone is elected a delegate, he will represent the MBSA. life from conception to natural death,” he explained.

The virtual meeting also has the participation of the Parliamentary Front Against Abortion and in Defense of Life and the National Association of Citizenship for Life (Adira).

The National Health Conference takes place every 4 years to assess the health situation in Brazil and propose guidelines for formulating public policies for this area in our country. It is an event promoted by the National Health Council (CNS), together with the Ministry of Health. Several social segments can send representatives who will present the proposals.
