Athletico x Maringá will be exclusive to women, children and PWDs

The duel between Athletico x Maringá will be the first of the punishment – due to the fight at Atletiba in 2023 – with a restricted audience at the Ligga Arena. In the third round game of Paranaense, Furacão decided that only women, children up to 12 years old and people with disabilities (PCDS), with companions also only women, will be able to watch the game from the stadium.

The club will have two more home matches to play – another with the same audience and the third with only elderly people (women and men) in the stands. Athletico will release details of the remaining games (against Galo Maringá and PSTC).

The match against Maringá is scheduled for Wednesday (24), at 7pm. The same access conditions are also valid for visiting fans.

Public entry will be free. To do this, you need to generate entry into the Tickets.athletico.com.br website (up to two tickets per login) Starting at 4pm this Friday (19). After generating the ticket, simply print it or save it on your cell phone for presentation on the day of departure. There will be no physical ticket office.

Tickets can be generated up until departure time or according to seat availability – children under 3 years old will not need a ticket. PCD fans must occupy the space in the stadium already allocated to them. The gates will open at 5pm.

Athletico was a pioneer in this measure in last year’s State Championship, when the club also had punishments to comply with. In two games, only women and children entered the Ligga Arena and the news had national repercussions.

*Children studying in the municipal school system (aged 12 by the game date) and APAE students (regardless of age) will not need to donate 1kg of non-perishable food. The food will be sent to the Curitiba Food Bank.
