Bolsonaro journalist Allan dos Santos did a live on X (formerly Twitter) for almost 10 thousand users this Sunday (7) on the official account of the Terça Livre channel.

A fugitive from Brazilian justice, he returned to the platform, where he was suspended by decision of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), after Elon Musk criticized the decisions of minister Alexandre de Moraes. The live was done between 10pm and 11pm.

The businessman accuses the minister of censorship. After the comments, Moraes included Musk in the investigation investigating the existence of anti-democratic digital militias and their financing.

According to the newspaper O Globo, throughout the minutes he was on air, Allan cursed Moraes and said he would resume “Terça Livre” activities in American territory — where he currently lives — promising daily broadcasts.

He also suggested that, in future lives, he will work to elect right-wing candidates in the October municipal elections.

The portal’s activities were interrupted in 2021, after the Bolsonarist became the target of the STF for publishing anti-democratic content and attacks on the court. The account gained notoriety in 2018, when it was used to mobilize the right-wing public, especially supporters of Jair Bolsonaro.

On Instagram, Allan created, over time, personal backup accounts, which have since been removed by the platform. The number has already reached 40 profiles this Friday (8). On X, the Terça Livre profile has already been blocked. When trying to access the page, the message on the screen informs that the account has been retained in Brazil in response to a legal requirement.

The YouTuber also read on air the decision in which Moraes included the businessman among those investigated in the investigation and set a fine of R$100,000 for non-compliance with X.

Allan dos Santos returned to the platform amid the fight between Musk and Moraes.

Musk made a series of posts throughout this weekend related to Brazil. He said he was “lifting restrictions” imposed by court decision on his network and argued that Moraes should resign or be impeached.

The businessman has not yet commented on the minister’s decision, but previously, he had already reposted the comment of an X user who said, in English, “friends from Brazil, get a VPN”.

When including Musk in the digital militia investigation, Moraes stated that the businessman started a disinformation campaign on Saturday (6) about the actions of the STF and TSE that was reiterated this Sunday (7), “instigating disobedience and obstruction of justice, including in relation to criminal organizations”.

The minister highlighted Musk’s statement that he will terminate compliance with the orders issued by the Brazilian Court related to the blocking of criminal profiles that spread fraudulent news.

According to the minister, in this hypothesis, the use of illegal mechanisms by
