This Monday morning, the 4th, took place in the ‘Deputy Dalto Martins’ plenary of the Legislative Assembly, a solemn session to hand over the ‘Amapaense Citizenship Title’. The honor was given to people who provided service to the state’s population in various sectors, such as security, sport and religion, among others.

Present at the honor session were leaders from security forces, religious and the Legislative Branch. Opening the ceremony, they spoke before handing over the Amapaense Citizenship Title to the president of Alap, Alinny Serrão; deputy Jory Oeiras; the CNMP counselor, Ivana Cei; the public prosecutor Paulo dos Santos; Representative Jaime Perez; and judge Adão Carvalho.

“Today we are pleased to welcome many personalities who have already contributed and continue to contribute to the development of our state. Whether from social movements, services provided or also within the public servant segment. These are people who left their mark on our state”declared Alinny Serrão.

The president also said that the Assembly recognizes these people by handing over the title. “It is a great joy to be part of this moment. We receive the CV of the person who is being honored and all the deputies carry out the evaluation and with approval this person will be honored”, said the president, who was also one of the honorees.

Also receiving the title, civil police chief Cesar Vieira spoke of the feeling of being one of those honored. “I feel like a citizen of Amapá, this state welcomed me in 2010 for my career as a delegate. I came from Paraná and dedicated myself to helping the citizens of Amapá, in everything possible. This has given me a feeling of belonging. It’s a pleasure to feel like a citizen of Amapá”said the police authority.
