However, he was diagnosed with a muscle injury and will be out for two weeks, missing the team in the clashes with Caxias.
This Tuesday, coach Mano Menezes should start defining the team that will decide a vacancy in the Gauchão decision. The main question is in the attack. After serving suspension last weekend, Pedro Henrique is back. Luiz Adriano was in the starting line-up alongside Wanderson and scored on his debut at Beira-Rio. The doubt that remains is which will be the attacking duo against Caxias, in Serra. Wanderson, PH and Luiz Adriano fight for two spots.
Another uncertainty is the ownership in the goal. After clashing with defender Vitão in the classic Grenal, goalkeeper Keiller broke two teeth and was left out of the match with Esportivo. On medical advice, he will be reassessed daily. This Monday, he was seen training normally at CT Parque Gigante, however, training is not the same thing as fighting on the field of play.
