Justice decrees temporary arrest of fans of Flamengo, Vasco and Fluminense and vetoes organized for 5 years

The Court of Justice of Rio decreed, this Monday, the temporary arrest for 30 days of four leaders of organized supporters following a request from the Police Station for the Repression of Computer Crimes (DRCI). They (see names below) will answer for the crimes of criminal organization, grievous bodily harm and attempted murder.

Search and seizure actions were authorized on the assets of the fans.

The temporary arrest of the cheerleaders was determined by judge Ana Beatriz Mendes Estrella, while the stadium veto came from judge Bruno Vaccari Manfrenatti.

The decisions take place to continue the inquiry that aims to identify the possible authors of the fights between organized before Flamengo x Vasco, for the Guanabara Cup. This Monday, the clubs also face each other for the semifinal of the Campeonato Carioca.

After the decision, the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Rio de Janeiro expressed its belief that there were “weak evidence” and asked for the decision to be rejected.
