The AGU is already involved in a process that asked for the blocking of R$ 18.5 million in assets belonging to scammers suspected of participating in the acts. This value is based on an estimate, according to Messias, and may be increased during the course of investigations. “These people are subject to compensation for damage to the treasury. The amount we have presented so far is an estimate of damage that was made from the actions of three Powers, but it does not end at R$ 18.5 million. It is very possible that the value exceeds”, he said.
