Academy celebrates anniversary with program open to the public in Manaus

Programming started this Monday (04) and runs until Sunday (10)

Manaus (AM) – Formula Academia has a special program open to the public to celebrate eight years of implementation in Manaus. The intention is to socialize with students, also taking advantage of the Christmas period, and, at the same time, to provide those who do not yet practice physical activities with the opportunity to learn about programs and activities that may fit their profile.

The program started this Monday (04) and runs until Sunday (10). From Monday to Saturday (09), it will be held at Formula Academia, at Shopping Ponta Negra. On Sunday (10) it will be outside.

This Wednesday (06), at 5pm, there is Bike Cross and MMA Fight Day; From 7pm onwards, it’s Dance class. On Thursday (07), the program includes Yoga and Ballet Fit, starting at 7:30 am, and Special Abdominals/Hiit (high intensity training), at 6:30 pm. On Saturday (09), there is Insano Party (Cross, Abdominals and Bike), starting at 10am.

The closing of the program, on Sunday (10), will be at the Quinta de São José do Rio Negro condominium, in the Tarumã neighborhood, West zone, with running, 4×4 volleyball and Beach Tennis, starting at 10am.

“The activities that are part of the program are offered to students, mainly, in special actions such as the 6 Week Challenge. Now, we will open it up for the general public to also participate. It’s a way to celebrate our birthday with everyone, get together during the Christmas period and open up the opportunity for more people to join a healthy lifestyle, with regular exercise”, says the gym’s coordinator, José Roggero.

Letsgoper

Goper (from letsgoper) is an allusion to the Formula Academia guided training platform. The platform has more than a thousand classes, with exercises of different modalities. Roggero says it is an innovative and immersive experience, with training proposals tailored to each person’s physical fitness. The Goper platform has live and recorded video classes, in various modalities – personalized bodybuilding, cycling, running, dancing, yoga, among others. “It’s technology at the service of the development of the body”, says the coordinator.

At the gym, according to him, there are more than 10 different types of classes offered, such as Dance Mix, Indoor Cycle, GAP (Glutes, Abdomen and Legs), Functional Circuit, Muay Thai, Ballet Fitness, Abdominal, Stretching, Mat Pilates, Cross Training, Core Training (basic training), Dance Mix and Fit Dance.
