Student of the State School (EE) Libertador Simón Bolívar took the entrance exam, for the first time, to test his knowledge

Manaus (AM) – Thursday (7) saw the announcement of the university entrance exam results at the State University of Amazonas (UEA) and joy for student Luan Gama, 10 years old. The Amazon native, who became famous after participating in the national attraction “Pequenos Gênios”, on Rede Globo, performing mathematical calculations and answering general knowledge questions, passed the Mathematics course.

It was the first time that the Libertador Simón Bolívar State School (EE) student took the entrance exam to test his knowledge.

“I just found out that I passed UEA to do a degree in Mathematics. I’m very happy, especially because I’m 10 years old, I’m a public school student and, despite all this, I still study a lot”,

shared Luan on his social media.

According to the rector of UEA, André Luiz Nunes Zogahib, the university ends the year 2023 with an extremely positive balance, extending and expanding the number of vacancies, both in the capital and in the interior of the state. “During this year, we had positive evaluations on several points, raising the level of our courses in several aspects”, introduced the dean.

According to Zogahib, renovations were carried out in interior units and libraries were equipped. “We are delivering more technology. We hope that the year 2024 will be even more positive, with more effective public policies available to our population. It is a fantastic logistical effort so that the tests can reach the interior on time and in the right order for the students and, for this, we count on the fundamental support of Governor Wilson Lima”, he highlighted during the traditional party to announce the results.

Family joy

During the morning of this Thursday (7), the Rectory of the University of the State of Amazonas (UEA) was filled with great joy during the publication of the names of those approved in the Entrance Exam 2023, access 2024, and the Serial Entry System (SIS).
