Lawyer Cristiano Zanin will be questioned by the Senate for the STF (Federal Supreme Court) on June 21. The date was announced this Monday (12) by the presidents of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG), and of the CCJ (Constitution and Justice Commission), Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP).
Nominated by President Lula (PT) for Minister Ricardo Lewandowski’s vacancy, Zanin needs the vote of at least 41 of the 81 senators. Before having his name submitted to the plenary, the lawyer will be questioned by the CCJ of the House. Voting is secret.
