With more than 1,700 lectures, the event debates social impact through technology and innovation. Rio Innovation Week 2023 Reproduction One of the biggest technology and innovation events in Latin America, Rio Innovation Week, will hold its third edition between the 3rd and 6th of October at Píer Mauá, in the central region of Rio de Janeiro. With more than 1,700 lectures on the program, the event is committed to encouraging technology and innovation as drivers of new business. In its programming, Rio Innovation Week has speakers such as Xuxa Meneghel, Monique Evelle, Kondzilla and Eduardo Kobra. Among the international attractions are confirmed names such as Marc Randolph, co-founder and first CEO of Netflix, political theorist Achille Mbembe and Alex Osterwalder, creator of the “Business Model Canvas”. The last edition featured names such as the co-founder of Apple, Steve Wozniak, the president of Virgin, Richard Branson, and the mayor of Miami, Francis Suarez. This year’s programming highlights debates around the ethical use and direction of Artificial Intelligence and a meeting on Empowerment and the right to the city, with Joice Berth, Maju Coutinho and Clara Moneke.
