In 2023, she decided to join a private course in the city to try again to pass Medicine – her childhood dream. Larissa reports that she studied around six hours a day at the course and an average of four hours at home. But, to reach the goal, the student reports that she also created a physical activity routine to “release the stress and anxiety” that she accumulated during her studies. “I attended all the classes, I did full time here at the unit. When the class ended, I also had classes in the afternoon. [depois] I would go home, do some exercises during the day and I also always focused on physical activity, because, for me, it was very good for my mental health, it helped me a lot”, says Larissa. “I had a lot of anxiety, it’s part of the process. I think that all students, especially those who focus on such a competitive course, always suffer from anxiety, nervousness, have their fears, so physical activity helped me, you know, to get away from that a little”, recalled the student.
