The champion club will be the representative of the state in the Taça Brasil category next year

Manaus (AM) – Tuna Luso de Manaus is the big winner of the Amazonense Futsal Championship in the Under-20 Female category of the 2023 season. The decision took place last Tuesday night (01), at the Arena Amadeu Teixeira, in Manaus. The champion club will represent the state in the Taça Brasil category next year.

The match was held behind closed doors due to the widespread confusion that had occurred on June 27, when the teams were tied 3-3 and the game had to be called off for security reasons. There were 16 minutes left to be played and Tuna Luso had more defining power to define the title of the competition.

Three athletes stood out in the conquest: Kaylla, Brenda and Vitória, each with two goals scored. It was up to Brenda and Vitória, with a penalty and a free kick at the very end of the duel, to end up as the heroes of the 16 minutes that remained in the decision.

Estrela do Norte, which had been state champion in the category in 2022, also fought hard to win the bi. However, the team only scored five goals and saw the cup slip away. Evelly (2), Kamily, Eliandra and Vitória “Suco” scored the runners-up goals.
