The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) unanimously accepted the appeal filed by the Federation Brasil da Esperança against federal deputy and former head of the Lava Jato task force in the capital of Paraná, Deltan Dallagnol (Podemos). With the decision, taken in the session this Tuesday (16), Dallagnol had his candidacy registration rejected and, consequently, lost his position in the Federal Chamber.

Dallagnol was the most voted federal deputy in Paraná in the last elections. With 344,917 votes, he became the second federal deputy with the most votes in the history of Paraná. The first was Ratinho Junior, who received 358,900 votes in the 2010 election.
