The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) published, this Tuesday (1), the collegiate decision that made former President Jair Bolsonaro ineligible for eight years. The ministers of the electoral court confirmed the ineligibility in session on June 30th.

The document has 433 pages and brings together the entirety of the judgment, including the ministers’ votes and the reasons that led to the judgment’s outcome.

Minister Cármen Lúcia had the decisive vote, followed by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, president of the TSE, who joined those who voted to prevent Bolsonaro from running for elected office until 2030.
