The minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) Dias Toffoli voted this Wednesday (3) to indict 250 more accused of alleged involvement in the acts of vandalism on January 8. Toffoli followed the understanding of Minister Alexandre de Moraes, the case’s rapporteur, who accepted the complaints presented by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR). So far, only Toffoli and Moraes have voted.

The trial, which takes place in the virtual plenary, began this Tuesday (2) and runs until next Monday, May 8. The Court is analyzing the judged investigations that judge the intellectual authors of the acts (4921) and the executors (4922) of the acts of vandalism that resulted in the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers. This is the third block trial of those denounced by the PGR. In all, the STF has already convicted, by majority vote, 300 people.
