the future of generic complaints against those involved

– Episode of the podcast 15 Minutos talks about the general complaints filed by the PGR against those involved in the acts of vandalism on January 8
*) More than a thousand people who in some way were considered involved in the invasions of January 8 have already been denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR).
Remembering: it was on that date that acts of vandalism and violence took place in the headquarters of the three powers in Brasília: Palácio do Planalto, National Congress and Federal Supreme Court.
It turns out that, from what is known so far, the PGR’s complaints do not follow the recent understanding of the higher courts regarding the individualization of each person’s conduct.
At least for two groups of accused, the hundreds of complaints are practically identical, in which only the name and personal data of the accused are changed, in order to identify them.
That’s what this episode is about. 15 Minutes podcast: the denunciations against those involved in the 8 of January. The guest to speak on the subject is Renan Ramalho, staff reporter for Gazeta do Povo in Brasilia.
