Suspects used drug money in a plan against Moro and diverted from the PCC, says PF

Federal Police investigators discovered that those suspected of planning attacks against Senator Sergio Moro (União Brasil-PR) and other authorities used money from drug trafficking to carry out the actions. In addition, the PF pointed out “that part of the investigated” diverted values ​​from the First Command of the Capital (PCC) for their own benefit during the planning of criminal acts.

Investigators estimate that the PCC would have spent around R$5 million on plans to rescue Marco Willians Herbas Camacho, the leader of the faction, and on planning actions against authorities, the newspaper reported. Paulo. “It is reinforced that several images of rendering of accounts, with the description of the amounts used in the achievement of the criminal plan, denote the large financial investment already made by the criminal group that intends to dismantle”, said the federal judge Gabriela Hardt, who authorized the PF operation against the faction.

In the letter, sent by the PF on March 13 to the 9th Federal Criminal Court in Curitiba, the investigators reported that audios exchanged between the suspects show that if the “accountability” of the resources used to plan and carry out the kidnappings was not sent to the “Bolivia’s financial institution”, the fact would be charged by the faction. This fact would prove the use of money from trafficking in the planning.

The suspect identified as Claudinei would be “the person responsible for the
surveillance and surveys on Senator Sergio Moro, including the accountability he presented since the middle of last year”. “His confidence is such that ‘Milco’, not yet qualified, hierarchically superior to him, when demanding the accounts, demonstrates extreme confidence, as both verified problems and delays in the accountability of other ORCRIM members [organização criminosa]”, pointed out the PF.

“In addition, in the audios found in the icloud account used by Claudinei, we have Milco, not yet qualified, making it clear that if the account is not sent in the right time, the Bolivian finance company will charge them, that is, the money that is received by those investigated comes, naturally, from Drug Trafficking”, said the PF to Justice.

Misappropriation of CCP money for “own benefit”

According to the corporation’s repression center for drugs and criminal factions, the same audios show that some involved would have used the organization’s money for “own benefit”. “It is important to highlight that from the same audios it is evident that part of those investigated diverted amounts for their own benefit, the unavailability of such assets being extremely relevant, since with their probable arrest, these objects will return to ORCRIM and continue to finance this type of criminal activity” , says the document.

“It is worth highlighting one of the audios from Claudinei’s account, in which ‘Milco’, still unidentified, during conversations that seek to account for amounts they would have spent (actually diverted from ORCRIM), confirms both the house and the apartment”, say the investigators referring to rented properties in Curitiba.

accounting and accountability of PCC actions in DF and Porto Velho/RO.
