States and municipalities across Brazil have until April 10 to inform the federal government of works that are stopped in their regions and that need to be resumed with priority. According to information from Agência Brasil, the hands-on platformhas been in operation since Friday (10).

It is an online monitoring system, developed by the Federal Data Processing Service (Serpro). On the platform, state and municipal managers will have access to a database and will be able to inform or update information regarding the situation of paralyzed or unfinished works. Requests will be answered in order of arrival.

Priority will be given to works focused on health, education, sports and culture. The list includes housing units from the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program and other projects from the Ministry of Cities. The Civil House of the federal government, in partnership with the ministries, will analyze the database and define the works that must be resumed immediately, according to the orientation of the Presidency of the Republic.

The Mão à Obra platform is integrated with the Portal Gov.Br. and can be accessed with the federal government’s single sign-on.
