The ministers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) began to judge, in the early hours of this Tuesday (23), the sixth block of denounced by the Attorney General’s Office (PGR) for alleged participation in the acts of January 8, in Brasília.

In this judgment block that assesses whether the accused should be made defendants, ministers analyze 131 individual processes in the inquiry that investigates the intellectual authors who instigated the acts, and the accusation of incitement to crime and criminal association.

The rapporteur, Minister Alexandre de Moraes, has already voted in favor of making them defendants at this stage of the trial in the virtual plenary. The session runs until the 29th of May.

On Monday night (22), the STF made another 250 defendants accused by the PGR also of alleged incitement to crime by 8 votes to 2. With the result, there are already more than a thousand people investigated who have become defendants for the acts that resulted in the invasion and depredation of the headquarters of the Three Powers. The PGR made a total of 1,390 complaints.
