Minister Alexandre de Moraes, of the Federal Supreme Court, granted provisional freedom this Friday (27) to Ivan Rejane Fonte Boa Pinto, the man who defended attacks on left-wing politicians, such as President Lula (PT), and to court magistrates.
He will have to wear an electronic ankle bracelet, attend the criminal execution court every Monday and is prohibited from leaving the country, possessing a firearm and using social media.
Ivan Rejane was arrested in July last year by the Federal Police in Belo Horizonte. He was a candidate for councilor in the capital of Minas Gerais, in 2020, under the name Ivan Papo Reto, for the PSL (today, União Brasil). He had 189 votes.
